Our wooded, Missouri farm isn’t equipped to sustain cattle right now. And because of our commitment to our soil, we supplement our beef products from WILDHEARTS CATTLE CO in Southern Missouri. Their cattle enjoy a diet of grass, resulting in leaner cuts that are high in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins. Each steak, roast, and ground beef offering embodies the essence of sustainable farming, ensuring that you receive not only a delicious product but one that is raised humanely and responsibly.
