At Stewart Farms Co-Op, your special day will feel meant to be whether you are looking for a small elopement wedding near Springfield, MO or a 200 guest outdoor ceremony and reception.

Standard Wedding Rental

Perfect for smaller, one-day weddings, our basic rental covers facilities as well as table and chair set up by our staff so you don’t have to do any heavy lifting. Bring your decor, get hitched, and surround yourself in the beauty of the Ozarks.

-9am-11pm (no amplified music after 10pm).

-One hour rehearsal (practice only, no dinner), as schedule allows.

Weekend Wedding Retreats

Make the full weekend one to remember with a 3 day stay at Stewart Farms Co-Op.

-Friday Rehearsal Dinner: Ample time to go over your ceremony + a homegrown farm-to-table dinner.

-Saturday Ceremony & Reception: Access our full space + we’ll facilitate catering for your reception.

-Sunday Send off Brunch: End your blissful weekend surrounded by nature and a brunch spread.

Our goal is to be accessible to every type of wedding, whether yours is a small intimate gathering, just a short ceremony, or you’d like a scenic midwest background for a special elopement, Stewart Farms venue is available for events of all shapes and sizes.

Our farm also hosts weekend getaways, workshops and retreats, festivals, harvest parties, weddings, baby showers, and much more!

Facility Details

The forest area is a cleared space with a mulched ground in our cedar grove just a short walk from the pavilion. We let nature speak for itself here.

The pavilion is 40’x100’ with a modern industrial vibe and concrete floors on 70’. The other 30’ has a gravel floor and a clear roof to bring natural elements in.

The dressing rooms, restrooms, shower room, prep kitchen, and fire pits are all around this central hub.

Nature trails, farm animals, greenhouses, and gardens are all just a short walk stemming from trails here at the pavilion.

Everyone you need on your team to make the day perfect.

Weddings, like most things in life, work best when done collaboratively. At Stewart Farms Co-Op, we want to offer a a quick guide to the people that make your day seamless.

  • A member of our team will be on site the day of the wedding to help with any property related questions. But we also try not to hover. We allow you to make it your own, set up at your leisure, and use any resources we have available to troubleshoot any problems.

    Our team member will also be responsible for the facilities maintenance, stocking the restrooms, changing trash, helping vendors around the property, parking attendance before ceremony, etc.

  • Although not required, we highly recommend a wedding planner to make sure your day goes as planned and field any questions that arise day-of. An event coordinator allows you to be hands off and takes stress away from the jump.

    Our team loves working with wedding planners and can recommend trusted options upon booking.

  • Our event rental only covers the space, tables, and chairs. We’re happy to recommend external vendors for bartending, catering, floral, a/v, and more, but you’re also welcome to bring a new one our way!

    A member of our staff will be around to help vendors around the property.
