We like to follow a seasonal pace of work on the farm. And for the months of December through April that means take things a bit slower (although its probably still faster than any normal human should).

Outside of the local area? Don’t worry. We will have these available to ship as well. Just make sure you select shipping at checkout.

Each box will vary a bit to provide you will a good assortment of our products. But we will stick pretty heavy to the staples like: Ground beef, Beef snack sticks, Pork breakfast sausage, Pork Chorizo sausage, Bratwursts, Pork chops, Pork Roasts, Bacon, Ham Hocks, Chicken breasts, Chicken thighs, Chicken drumsticks, Bone broth, etc. We will select the contents based on our inventory and the retail value in order to meet the “value” of the plan you select.
