Hosting weddings May - October
A real Southwest Missouri, outdoor wedding venue experience. Located Near Springfield, MO, our wedding venue offers you an outdoor, modern wedding experience; while also providing all the amenities to have a full service wedding day experience.
Get the laid back, backyard wedding vibes and beautiful Midwest scenery. But without all the work of a true DIY backyard wedding.
Make it a day to remember. No matter how big or small. Here’s the basics…

Book a full Weekend
So much to do, so little time.
Keep it all in one place right here at the Co-Op. Slow the weekend down a bit, alleviate some of the hustle and bustle and spend the weekend right here, savoring it.
With overnight guest accommodations for up to 20 and ample room to bring your own tent just settle in for a while and enjoy the view.
Friday Farm to table rehearsal dinner, Saturday ceremony and reception, Sunday send off brunch, its all possible without you even lifting a finger.
Our Services
Whether you are looking for something simple and budget friendly, or all inclusive, our wedding venue can customize to fit your needs.
Because of the outdoor vibes of our venue, it feels meant to be whether you are looking for a small elopement wedding near Springfield, MO or if you are looking for a 200 guest outdoor ceremony and reception.
Basic Rental
Basic rental is for a one day wedding.
Rental is from 9am-11pm (no amplified music after 10pm).
A one hour rehearsal (practice only no dinner) is included prior to date as our schedule allows.
Ceremony & reception tables and chairs will be set up by our staff so you don’t have to do any heavy lifting. Just bring your decor and get busy.
Outside Vendors
Basic rental is for the facility and in house tables and chairs only.
Catering, bar service, a/v service, decor, etc is all brought in by outside vendors.
We are happy to give you recommendations. Or send a new one our way! We love working with others.
CO-OP Staff
A member of our team will be on site the day of the wedding to help with any property related questions. But we also try not to hover. We allow you to make it your own, set up at your leisure, and use any resources we have available to troubleshoot any problems.
Our team member will also be responsible for the facilities maintenance, stocking the restrooms, changing trash, helping vendors around the property, parking attendance before ceremony, etc.
Facility Details
The forest area is a cleared space with a mulched ground in our cedar grove just a short walk from the pavillion. We let nature speak for itself here.
The pavillion is 40’x100’ with a modern industrial vibe and concrete floors on 70’. The other 30’ has a gravel floor and clear roofing to bring more natural elements in.
The dressing rooms, restrooms, shower room, prep kitchen, and fire pits are all around this central hub.
Nature trails, farm animals, greenhouses, and gardens are all just a short walk stemming from trails here at the pavilion.
Weekend Wedding
We include 3 events:
Rehearsal dinner: pricing will vary based on menu and number of guests
Ceremony & Reception: Same as the basic rental only we can help facilitate catering. Pricing will vary based on menu and number of guests
Send off Brunch: Pricing will vary based on menu and number of guests
Wedding Planners
Think of them like your fairy Godmother. We highly recommend hiring a third party event planner. Make things super chill and hire a full event coordinator right from the start to help you with full planning and curating, weekend planning, or day of coordination.include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.
