Mom's Night Out
Play date chats are lovely. But sometimes mom’s just need to have conversation without an interruption every 30 seconds. We know we can’t do this alone. So let’s build up one another and create a support system.
Join us for some wine, cheese, and chocolate. Hang out by the fire with fellow mothers and be encouraged in this journey we are all on together.
Our hope is that we can talk candidly with each other. So we are trying to keep this a no kids event. However… babies. Enough said. We would rather have you than not. Please bring the littles along if that is hindering you from attending.
*A few refreshments will be provided. You’re welcome to BYOB. This event is free. Donations are also accepted Venmo @stewartsettlement

Mushroom Inoculation Workshop
Join us at the CO-OP for the morning as we take a short hike to observe some existing mushroom logs currently in production. Then we will work together experimenting with different inoculation methods (totem and log). You will get hands on experience drilling holes and filling with the sawdust spawn plunger. The holes are sealed off with some wax. Each family unit will take home one completed mushroom log.
RAS Open House
Our Spring 2023 semester is quickly approaching for Rooted Adventure School! Whether you are enrolled, or still considering it, we would love to have you join us for our open house.
Tuesday, February 28th 5-7pm.
Join our teachers and their families for a potluck style meal together, or just stop by any time during the open house to say hi and take a look around. We would love to meet you and the kids that will be joining us for the spring semester.
We will meet at the pavillion and have the fire pit ready to go. But be sure to dress warm. I’m sure it will cool off quickly as the sun goes down. Bring a dish to share. BYOB. And we will have a DIY nature journal making station. Students have the option to make a new one before classes start. Donations to cover materials accepted.

From Springfield head North on Glenstone. It will turn into Highway H. Continue North on H (follow signs for Pleasant Hope). Turn left at “Crystal Caves” to stay on Highway H. Continue for 8 miles. Our driveway is on the West side of the road. If you’ve arrived at a small white house that’s where we live. Just go to the driveway south of that and follow the white rock driveway to the pavilion.
No need to RSVP, just come if and when you can.
